Remember as an EZ Care member you have the right to ask for information on your benefits, co-payments, providers, and in what language you would like your materials. MEMBER ALERT: Please scroll down to Member Alert for information on medications for your child starting September 1, 2011. Also, EZ Care offers you Over-the-Counter (OTC) drug benefit per household each month. If you live in Miami-Dade it is $10.00 and in Broward it is $25.00.
